Return & Refund Policy Covid-19
Thank you for shopping at Lottie Love, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to help.
During Covid-19 we are working really hard to ensure orders are posted as quick as possible, orders can take up to 5 working days but we will do our best to get our products out to you sooner. All items are posted with Royal Mail unless stated otherwise.

Cannot be returned or refunded due to the current pandemic so please check the description as our masks are only available with 2 layers of fabric or 3. No pocket is available for a filter.
All other items
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Returns & Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment) you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If refund is issued through PayPal we cannot be responsible for any PayPal fees.
Shipping – You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
